We’re happy to welcome new families. Email info@adventurepeds.com to schedule your first visit — including prenatal “meet the pediatrician” visits for expecting parents.
What to bring to your first visit
- Your child’s insurance card and a parent’s photo ID
- Vaccine records and any recent medical records
- A list of current medications and allergies
- Completed new-patient forms (below)
- Your questions — we love questions!
Insurance
We’re finalizing our list of accepted insurance plans. Email us with your plan name and we’ll confirm coverage before your visit.

Our secure patient portal lets you message the office, view visit summaries and vaccine records, and manage appointments. Sign-up details are coming soon.
